SAP - Success Factor Products not considered for reconciliation

Hello everyone,

We are in the process of integrating SAP with ServiceNow, and our client has asked for SAM reports tailored to SAP SuccessFactors. I've manually imported SAP SuccessFactors products, but they are not being recognized for reconciliation in ServiceNow. Can anyone please offer a solution for this issue? Thanks in Advance

Firstly, you would need to activate the Success Factors SaaS connector, but the last time I implemented this, it didn't provide usage at the SF module level. It only provided details of the users that have connected to the SF product, not the modules - I believe that the SF API doesn't provide this level of detail.
