Dear Community,
Would like to ask your experience on what is best way to manage support groups (For Change Management, Problem Management, other ITSM processes). Would you use Active Directory to manage those groups and export them to ServiceNow, or do you manage and create those groups locally, in ServiceNow platform?

Hi,
I would prefer having it created groups in Active Directory only as that I feel is more robust and single place where all group details including Group membership can be maintained which can be used with other applications as well.
