Update Sets not working

Hi. We exported the sys_update_set and the sys_update_xml (from the list view), we uploaded both but the configurations are not there. Is there a way to fix this or did we just lose the configurations?

Thanks.

Hi there,

On a completed Update Set, use the related link "Export to XML". This ensures the Update Set + captured Customer Updates are all exported.

The issue is, the instance where we had the update sets is gone. So we can't do that. Is there a way to fix using the XMLs we have?

Can't tell as I don't know if your exported it correctly.

When you open the XML, using an XML viewer, notepad, whatever: do you see your updates?

If you see your updates, then it can be saved. It might just be that the parent Update Set is invalid or something (which can be fixed).

I can see the updates, and I can see for example, the code and configurations we did in these update sets. Example, we have a flow, and we can see the flow in the update set, but when we go to the Flow Designer, we cannot find it.
