Help to write a script for CC users into an email notification

Hi everyone 

I am creating a notification when a record producer is submitted.

The requirement is to have the following:

Now on the 'Who will receive' tab I have did the following:

The issue i am having is the CC part and how do i include them in it, I was reading about writing a script for this but i am not sure how or what to do. Could some please provide some guidance on this ?
