Using Opportunity Management
Use the Opportunity Management application to create and manage opportunities, schedule meetings, and track related activities.
The Opportunity Management interface has tabs that help you create and manage your opportunities.

| Details | Add details of the opportunity such as account, sales cycle, and stage information. |
| Catalog | Use the product catalog to add line items to the opportunity. |
| Needs | Add more accurate information about your customer's business requirements to the opportunity. |
| Line Items | Add opportunity line items. |
| Competitors | Add competitors information to your opportunity. |
| Tasks | Create opportunity tasks. |
| Team | Create opportunity team members. |
| Contacts | Create opportunity associated contacts. |
| Emails | Create emails to send to the required stakeholders. |
| Quotes | Create quotes directly from the Opportunity. |
| Meetings | Schedule and view client meetings linked to the opportunity. When you schedule a meeting from an opportunity, the system automatically associates the meeting with that opportunity. The tab also displays meetings linked to the opportunity's touchpoints. |
| Related Channel Partners | Add authorized service organizations or partner entities (for example, referral or influencer partners) linked to a customer opportunity. Related channel partners can be:
