Manage actions

Manage the actions to set permissions of who can access the actions and view any details or logs of the executed actions.

As an administrator or technical user, you must set permissions of who can access the actions available in Action Center. Setting permissions for actions makes Action Center less cluttered for users. Secondly, it ensures that users have only those actions that they require.

After the actions are executed, you can view the logs to understand details of the executions.

• Create assigned groups
  Create assigned groups to limit the availability of the action to a specific group.
• View action logs
  View action logs to see details of actions that are executed.
