    • Deactivate an AI worker in AI Agent Studio so that it no longer acts on records and lists.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_aia.admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Create and manage.
    2. In the AI workers tab, select the AI worker you want to view the activity of.
    3. Select the more options button to open the drop-down menu.
    4. Select Deactivate.

    Ergebnisse

    Your AI worker is turned off.

    Nächste Maßnahme

    You can make changes to your AI worker, such as changing the profile or modifying the tasks, to affect its behavior. Once you have made edits, you can preview the AI worker and reactivate it later.
