Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

AI workers profiles determine the unique specialties of the AI worker. Choosing the right skills and roles helps give your AI worker the context necessary to accomplish its tasks.

To learn how to modify the tasks that an AI worker is capable of, see Edit the tasks of an AI worker.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Create and manage.
    2. In the AI workers tab, select the AI worker you want to edit.
    3. In the Profile tab, select the edit icon next to the name of the AI worker.
    4. Select the skills of your AI worker.

Skills are the different domains that an AI worker is competent in. Consider the work you want the AI worker to be able to handle when choosing what skills to give. The types of skills available are determined by the Now Assist applications installed.

      Hinweis:
The term "skill" in the context of an AI worker doesn't refer to generative AI Now Assist skills found in other Now Assist applications or created with Now Assist Skill Kit.

    5. Choose your AI worker's assignment groups.

The assignment groups determine what work the AI worker can pick up. Multiple teams can use the same AI worker. If you remove your team from the list of assignment groups, the AI worker won't handle your team's tickets.

    6. Select your AI worker's role(s).

Roles determine what data access your AI worker has. For example, if the AI worker has a role that grants it access to the Incident table, it can work on Incidents. If the role(s) don't grant access to a specific table, the AI worker can't pick up work on that table, even if it is within the domain of its skills and assignment group.

Review the full list of roles granted to the AI worker to check your AI worker has access only to what it needs to accomplish tasks.

    7. Set your AI worker's language proficiencies.

The AI worker can communicate in the specified languages for user communications and when interacting with agentic workflows or other processes.

    8. Select Save to save your changes.

You can make additional changes to your AI worker before selecting save. Changing tabs in the AI worker guided setup won't lose your changes.

If you don't select Save before navigating to a new page or closing the browser, your changes are lost.
