Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

Now Assist AI web agents perform tasks on third-party websites in response to your users' requests. You can control the websites your web agent can visit by updating a system property.

Initially this system property permits access to all websites, with a single asterisk (*) as the default value. When you enter a list of allowed sites, the web agent's actions are restricted to only the sites in the list.
    Hinweis:
The Now Assist AI web agent checks its access to the internet by first opening Google. If the web agent isn't allowed to open Google, it can't proceed with its task. Be sure to include google.com or *.google.com in the allowed list.
When configuring an allowed list, include your organization's websites. Involve your stakeholders to determine which websites should be allowed.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > System Properties > All Properties [sys_properties.list].
