Activate the ServiceNow AI Lens skill

  • Activate the ServiceNow AI Lens skill to start using generative AI to scan and analyze visual data such as scan artifacts such as images, scanned handwritten notes, Excel sheets, web pages and optimize your workflows.

    Vorbereitungen

    • Confirm that the ServiceNow AI Lens application is installed. For more information, see Configure ServiceNow AI Lens.
    • Perform this task in your ServiceNow instance.
    • Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills.
    2. In the workflow list, select Platform.
    3. In the Search using keywords field, enter ServiceNow AI Lens, and press Enter.
    4. On the tile for the ServiceNow AI Lens skill, select Turn on.
      ServiceNow AI Lens skill card that displays the skill to be turned on.
    5. On the Successfully activated dialog box, select Back to skills.
    6. On the ServiceNow AI Lens card, verify that the ServiceNow AI Lens skill is activated.
      ServiceNow AI Lens skill is active.
