    • Search for agents with specific attributes in Dispatcher Workspace so you can make appropriate assignments.

    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    手順

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. Search for field service agents or skills.
      Search criteriaDescription
      Agent name Type an agent name in the Search resources field and select the Search (Search.) icon.
      Rank Resources Rank resources by level of importance.
      1. Select the Rank Resources Rank resources. icon
      2. Select a sort option to view the agents who meet the specific attributes and are available: Default, Distance, Skills, Parts, Auto Assign Rules. For more information, see Activate dynamic scheduling.
      Date Select a date from the calendar to view agents who are available on the selected day.

    タスクの結果

    Field service agents are listed based on the filter criteria. If agents aren’t available for the time period mentioned in the work order task, a message displays.
