View analytics from Field Service Manager Mobile

Managers can view analytics related to the teams they manage to see team task load, agent workload, and more.

始める前に

Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

手順

1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
2. Tap Analytics.
3. オプション: Tap any of the analytics charts to drill down into the details of the analytics.
4. オプション: Select one of the priority pill items at the bottom to exclude that priority from the analytics donut.
   注:

   Select the deselected pill to add the priority back to the analytics donut.
