Configure Analytics Generation

    • Enable Analytics Generation skills in the Now Assist for Creator application to give users generative AI capabilities with analytics.

    Before you begin

    Install the Now Assist for Creator application. For more information, see Install Now Assist for Creator.

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    Data visualization generation is the only skill currently available for Analytics Generation. This skill enables developers across your organization to generate Platform Analytics data visualizations conversationally.

    Important:
    Analytics Generation requires a separate subscription to Now Assist for Creator.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Features.
      If you're already in the Now Assist Admin console, select the Now Assist Features tab.
    2. On the navigation panel, select the Creator workflow.
    3. In the Analytics Generation card, select View details.
    4. Under All available Analytics skills, locate the card for Data visualization generation.

    5. Select Turn on.

    Result

    If the skill was successfully activated, the system notifies you. Also, when you go back to the Creator skills, the skill has an Active badge. The Analytics tile in Now Assist skills for Creator, showing the Data Visualization generation skill as active.
