Duplicate an Analytics and Reporting Solution dashboard

Copy an Platform Analytics Solution dashboard, including the tabs, portal pages, and canvas records. Widgets on the dashboard are not duplicated.

About this task

By duplicating a dashboard, you can modify or upgrade one copy without affecting the other.

Note:

Duplicating a dashboard does not duplicate the widgets displayed on the dashboard. You can rearrange or remove widgets from one copy of the dashboard without affecting the other. However, modifying a widget record affects both the original dashboard and the duplicate.

To copy a dashboard that is not part of an Platform Analytics Solution, see Manage responsive dashboards.

Procedure

1. Navigate to PA Solution Library > Solutions.
2. In the Solutions list, click the name of the dashboard you want to copy.
3. On the Solutions form, click the Duplicate Dashboard icon ().
   
4. Confirm that you want to duplicate the dashboard.

Result

A copy of the dashboard with the name Copy of (original dashboard name) is created. You can view it in the Dashboards Overview.
