Perform worknotes analysis

Generate a worknotes analysis on a transition.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_process_optimization_analyst, sn_process_optimization_power_user, or sn_process_optimization_admin

Note:

Work notes with more than 5 words and fewer than 50 words are considered for the analysis.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Workspaces > Process Mining Workspace.
2. From the list of projects, select a project.
3. Select any transition.
   A window is displayed with all the details.

   

4. From the Investigate section, select Worknotes analysis.
   A scheduled task starts.
5. After the scheduled task is complete, select View result.

   The result is displayed.

   

   Select to view all items with the same reasons.
