Is it possible to sync configuration items using IRE api

Is it possible to sync configuration items using IRE api  . I have two environments I only want to pull the data from other environment I just want to use GET method in IRE but there is no get method in IRE api . How can I get the data using IRE?

Yes, you can pull the data from Any other third party or Service-now and update the CMDB easily.
