why the total number of CIs are not matching and it is giving me over count of total CI in health da

When I run the job for all health I see the total number is not matching for completeness and correctness , for compliance I have created a separate filter, here below is the screenshot

where as I set only one filter in health inclusion rule and when I apply  the same filter in cmdb_ci table , I see a different number , can anyone help me in this

Hi @Gunjan Dutta ,

 

This is because as some health inclusion rule running for different child class for correctness KPI hence due to that CI count is not matching, Please cross check once and you are able to find the same.

 

After that run the Health rule scheduled job to get the correct Count.
