No able to fill Document Revision in HR document Template

Hi All /
I want to create automatic pdf for HRSD . For this i create document and document revision. when create a HR document template the document revision value is not showing.
Could you please guide why created document revision value is not showing here ?

Hi,
Document and revision the PDF document template is based on documents listed originate from Managed Documents. This could be issue here.

Hi Yousaf,
In our case first create document and document revision we uploaded pdf document. but when we want to create HR pdf Template, document revision is not showing. Not understand .
Please guide me.
