Title: Incorrect Open Time on the NOC Incident
Description: NOCINC0001245457 was opened at 00:30 WAT on the 6th Jan but the system picked the opened time as 05-01-2024 20:36:47. Any suggestions why their us difference ?

sorry, what does your text mean? Did you drop any incident from your system into that Community? What do you expect now? And what exactly is your question. You should describe exactly what happened and provide more details and screenshots.

the incident was opened at 00:30 WAT on the 6th Jan but the opened field on the incident form has captured 05-01-2024 20:36:47. this time on the incident form is this difference caused due to the different time zones of user and Servicenow instance time zone

Hi there,
My first thought would go to timezone difference. Although there's also a few minutes difference?
So where exactly do these dates come from? Are these system dates? Dates you see on a list, between instances / emails / etc?
