Good day!
I am configuring AI Search in our Self Service Portal.
The Search Preview shows lots of results:
But when I go to the Service Portal, this is what I get:
Looks like I am missing something. Could someone please help.

In your portal record, do you have 'Enable AI Search' checked, and do you have the Search Application and Search Results configuration fields filled in with the correct items?
