No PDI availability for GenAI

If we plan to skip Vancouver and go to Washington and do not have sub prod environments upgraded to Washington then it is not possible for us to evaluate Now Assist with AI without buying the product which we cannot use for a while!

@VL10 Unfortunately, GenAI is not available on PDI for now, the responses on this question https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/generative-ai-pdi/m-p/2652668 here also confirm this.

 

I recommend you to get in touch with Now support on this topic and take their opinion on how you can enable this feature on your Sub-prod instances for testing purposes without buying it.

You can evaluate ServiceNow's GenAI capabilities, you need to reach out to your ServiceNow account team (the sales team) and ask for a GenAI evaluation instance.
