Hi Community,
We have configured ACC-V to bring in endpoint information in CMDB and everything seems to work pretty well.
With this said, we are experiencing an issue whereby in the Agents and Computers tables some MacOS endpoints have missing network adapters and IP addresses. Specifically, all our endpoints are connected to the corporate VPN with an IP Address starting with 10.x.x.x: the expectation is that this address should be captured and visible in addition to any other local address.
On the other hand, for some MacOS endpoints, we can only see the local 192.x.x.x IP address.
I have confirmed using ifconfig | grep inet that the VPN address is visible - it appears that it is however not captured by ACC-V.
How can fix this?
Thank you.

Hiho,
does this only apply on MacOS for you? Cause we see a similar behaviour on Win Clients. We still have our legacy discovery in place (lansw****er). So I for sure can tell that Wifi adapters are present. But ACC does not discover it, but only in certain cases.
