Duplicate Ci created by different Discovery source

Hi Team,
I need some advice with cleaning up an duplicate Ci Issue.
we have several duplicates in the IBM websphere table, one of the sample below. As we can see the discovery source is different , one populating all the required identifying attributes and other does not have these attributes populated.
I need some help and suggestions to clean up these duplicate

The identification rules are in Place for this class. and if notice the record created by discovery (discovery source: servicenow) identifiers are blank and has been created historically. The second record created by servicewatch(service mapping) is the current one. so I need help to reconcile these duplicates and keep the one discovered by servicemapping and remove the other.
