How many ServiceNow sys admins do you have?

How many system administrators (FTE) do you have supporting your instances? and how many process users?

We will have about 550 ITIL process users on one production instance, supporting a large customer base at a major university.

Thank you,

~ Mary

we have 3 FTE developers and a manager for them...

Our team consists of a project manager, a solution architect, and 4 full-time admins/developers. For bigger projects, we get additional resources from one of the ServiceNow partners. We support a user community of about 25 000 self-service users and 1 000 process users.

Well, we technically have zero full time ServiceNow Admins.   I'm the closet we've got, and only 75% (-ish) of my time is dedicated to ServiceNow.   We have one instance specific to our campus which I maintain (127 process users, supporting 10,000 users not including our many many affiliates), and one shared instance that goes across all of our campuses, which I maintain. (517 process users, ~100,000 users - Not so many actually log into this shared instance, just yet!)   We are kind wonky for the moment, and work quiet a bit with consultants for some of what needs to be done.

We have 1 FTE, me, but I also consult with other parts of the company on ServiceNow so I would say 0.3 FTE for 100ish process users.

I think it depends on what you are doing with the platform and your development pipeline. In my opinion, for day to day running you don't need a full time FTE (though that does depend on what tasks the FTE will be performing) but if your developing, that's another kettle of fish.
