i have itil role but i can,t able to see reports(view/run) module

intial i can able to see view/run module i have issues i can't able to see the reports after saving also so i deleted the user preference the i faced a new issues i can;t able to see the reports application(view/run module) event still i have itil role..may i know the reason for not able to see view/run module

Can you please check if you have any other roles with you? If you have admin , can you check if there are some ACL on modules or if any extra roles are required? Sorry for answering with a question.


no extra roles everything fine..just i deleted user preferences but it won,t be create any effect in my point of view

Hi Rakesh,



Enter sys_properties.list in the navigation filter.


Locate the glide.report.use_charting_v2 system property.


check value is set to true.



Go to Roles --> and check ITIL user has access to view "REPORTS", usually ITIL users can see and can generate reports but in your case you deleted user preferences.



Check the ACL's on reports, this also can lead to stop accessing to the reports.
