Apply Knowledge Article Templates on import articles

Hi , I am not seeing an option to apply template on knowledge article when trying to import an article with word file. I do see the option when creating an article from scratch , does that mean this feature is not available for import ?

Data policy

When you set a policy that is applied to all data entered into the platform ( UI, import sets or web services ? Where does this policy required the default ? Client or server ?

Single view for all requests and incidents

Hi,My client is interested in allowing a single view for requests and incidents in SOW. By default, the SOW looks like what I have attached in the image. But I just wanted to know if it is possible to allow a single view for requests and incidents?
