How to generate a report for Incidents Assigned By Me?

Hi I want to create/pull report that includes the incidents assigned by me. Irrespective whether those incidents are later reassigned to someone else, resolved, closed etc., I want to pull data those that are assigned by me within a time frame (week, month, year, etc.). Am unable to find appropriate filters for this. Kindly help.

Thank you Jaspal for your reply. So, there's no way of tracking them I guess.

Unfortunately No. Unless you create a metric & then use it for reporting.

You can check for sys_history_line  table but reporting is not ideal & would not be recommended.

You will not be able to report on sys_history_line table OOB. Unsure if you are fine to check each record individually.

Checking each record will be a mammoth task. I assign nearly 50 tickets each day to different groups. Hence am looking for this method, If I could run a report that pulls the tickets assigned by me.
