PA Widget to show each state duration in inciden

I want to create a PA widget that shows how much time incident is in each state in its whole lifecycle from new to closed or cancelled.

I know this is possible with metrics but I want a PA widget because I have historical data.

Hi @ServiceNow Tech ,

But do you have the historical data available in a metric instance? If not, then PA doesn't matter.

Ok, have you tried? Where does it failing? What kind of report would you like to setup? visualization? Date range?
