Hello Team, How can an user has option for Global Search? What kind of Role is required? Is that a licensed role?If not what are the steps to provide Global Access to an user? Please help. Thanks.

User form activity fields in playbook

HiIn user form activity can we show more no.of fields. In the ui it's showing form for less no.of fields If there are more than 10 fields then if we 're choosing mark complete then form is showing can we show form without clicking mark complete
