We recently recieved an incident that a user with the embeded_help_admin role no longer could use "Add help article" for some pages. While investigating the issue more, other pages had the same problem. "User Guide" and "Search Documentation" appears instead of "Add help article". It's still possible to create embedded help content using the navigation filter (embedded help > help content) but "Add help article" would make things easier and more efficient. Does anyone know why this is happening?
