How to make field read only on sys_template table under template field.

We have some templates created for our custom table. And we are setting some fields in that template for our custom table. I want make one of the field under template field (which is a field of custom table) read only for non admins, so that they can see the field but can not modify it when they modify the template.Other fields should be editable to them so that they can modify the template when they want.

You may need to create some properties. Better check the change properties / standard change property to get a clear understanding.  

As per my knowledge , your reequipment is not OOTB available and need a good customization.
