Update Record Action is not working in Flow Designer

Hi,

I am trying to cancel requested item when catalog task is set to cancelled from the flow designer as below, but this is not working. In executions, I do not see any output value. What might be issue here ? I am breaking my head since two days but couldn't able to figure it out. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hi,

did you try updating some other field such as short description or description

Yes I tried, this is not working to update any other field on the requested item.

So the issue is not with flow

did you try updating any field via background script for that RITM

Yes, Ankur, Values are being updating from background script and even from the workflow as well. But not happening from the Flow designer.

Hi,

Can you use lookup record flow action and lookup RITM record

then use Update record action
