HI,
Today we have some terminology within each article that needs to be changed.
This text is in the actual body of the article.
How can we perform a mass find and replace on the actual text (body) of the article without having to manually touch each one?
Thanks
Julie

I'd like to know if this in fact resolved your issue. We too have the same issue OFTEN (A product or vendor changes their name, a supported Product version changes, an Escalation Group changes their name, etc.) and to change each article in the workflow is... ridiculous to consider.
The SN Admins need a systematized way to change specific strings in Knowledge Articles;
- Select Knowledge Bases X, Y, and G
- AND/OR Select articles KB0012345-KB0012355
- AND/OR Select articles with Knowledge Category "Microsoft Applications"
- AND Find "X-word or string", replace with "Y-word or string"
There is currently NO good known way to do this and my Admins cannot help me.
