Native UI vs. Service Portal

Hello SysAdmins, Do you allow your end users such as requestors to access the Native UI? Or are all requestors directed to use the Service Portal/Employee Center? And Native UI is mainly used by the fulfillers/developers?

Duplicate notifications for approval requests
