Hi,
I am looking for ways to trigger an MMS (email communication template) from ServiceNow when Major Incident is created.
That first email should be sent to user's mobile as well.
I am able to send SMS using Twilio integration with email content but unable to send that first email as a screenshot or image or attachment.
Please let me know if anyone has done that before.
