Generate a new code to change the Authenticator app on your device.
Before you begin
You must have multi-factor authentication enabled for your
profile. You can enable it yourself on your user profile or your administrator can
enable it for you.
Role required: none
Procedure
Navigate to All > Self-Service > My Profile.
Note:
You can also access your profile by clicking on your user name in the
instance header.
In your user profile, click Muti-factor Authentication
in the Related Links section.
Under Authenticator app (Primary Factor), click
Change Authenticator app.
In the Manage authenticator app window, click Generate a new
code.
Follow the directions on the screen to register an authenticator app with the
device.
