Nitin Aggarwal is a product leader for the AI foundations and responsible AI team at ServiceNow. He leads model lifecycle management, benchmarking, and responsible AI and builds enterprise AI quality infrastructure that enables organizations to measure, trust, and govern AI performance at scale.
Nitin has more than a decade of experience in applied AI and machine learning. Prior to ServiceNow, he led the generative AI initiative within Microsoft marketing and held a strategic role at Google. His work has been published at leading academic conferences, and he’s a frequent speaker at industry events.
