When a user clicks the link to KB article in the search result, a new tab in browser should pop up

Hi All,
When a user clicks the link to KB article in the search result, a new tab in browser should pop up showing the KB. Say “(KB) XYZ” is clicked (see screenshots below) in the search result
There is no need to show the following in the chat so that user DOESN’T need to click “Read more” to go to the article, as the screen above should have taken the user directly to the article in the browser
Can any one help where we need to check?

I have the same requirement where clicking on a KB article in the search result should directly open the article in a new browser tab, instead of displaying the snippet within the chat and requiring a second click on "Read more".
Have you found any solution or workaround for this behavior? Would appreciate any insights you can share.
