Hello,

I am trying to build a Performance Analytics indicator to know the percentage of configuration items fully discovered (no drop-offs after initial discovery). What parameters to consider for accurate results?

What is meaning of Fully Discovered?

Hi @Rajani Bobba 

You can use the CI Created or CI Update status as well a Discovery source is service-now to create the Performance Analtics indicatory.

Also there are couple of things, Some time CI created or CI Update but some attribute is missing from Discovery due to XYZ reason so you are in trouble.
