1- I can't find the Service Offering in the sold product table.. something wrong with my instance?
2- If SLA in my business is not define per Product, it's different per Sold Product level.
Where is the correct place to load it then?

Is your instance on Utah and does it have the mentioned plugin installed correctly, because you really need that to have it show up. I just installed the plugin on my PDI and it was there (before it, it wasn't).
Not sure about your question related to SLA's. You can just set it to the Sold Product levels in the conditions, right?
