HAM plugin Installation

Hello Experts,

 

I was trying to install the HAM plugin from the ServiceNow store, I have used different IDs to log in, but again it is showing to log in with a different ServiceNow ID, why?

Hi @Bhumika K N ,

I beleive you are using your PDI to install HAM not a company's instance!! For PDIs HAM doesn't works.

To login to Store you will require company's id , else you cannot login and install the plugin.
