Resolved! [Reporting] How to show average cases created per day

Hi! How can you show the average cases created per day? I tried to do this via the Reports Designer > Selected trend type > Selected Average in the aggregation -- but a second field appears where I'm expecting I can select "created or count of cases"...

Close child cases when parent is closed

In HR case, when parent case state is changed to closed complete, if any of the child cases are not closed, then error/info message has to show up saying child cases are not closed.  This has to happen without scripting. Any suggestions on this?

How does HR Criteria handle more than one condition

Under HR Criteria you are able to add more than one new condition.  I have made this change, but it does not seem to be accounting for the new condition.  Do these act as "OR" or are they "AND".  We added two as they are off of different tables.
