I'm planning the configuration procedures for the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager spoke, and we have some concerns about assigning the 'Application Administrator' role to an MECM/SCCM user. This requirement seems excessive, which is raising internal security concerns and objections to implementing the CSD function.
To ensure we can proceed with the setup by configuring a secure as possible connection, has anyone assigned roles to the SCCM user account besides the 'Application Administrator' role? Or, does anyone know what the minimum permissions required for the spoke to function correctly?

If the minimum permissions requires is the Application Administrator, we may have to look at another alternative.
Any information and help will be much appreciated.
