Best PA Indicators to use to show lost business hours and cost

Hi,

 

I am creating a dashboard for our CIO using performance analytics to show loss of productivity and the cost of this. I think that I can show this by portraying hours lost through incident, hours lost per incident priority, incident breaching sla, cost per MI/outage and the cost per incident and also where we are saving hours

Can anyone advise the best PA indicators for this? There are so many, I am not sure which will show this data the best. I want to keep the dashboard simple to tell the story, has anyone created anything similar before?
