I am trying to create a bucket group for reassignment count (incidents) and successfully created buckets for count 1,2,3,4,5+.
I would like to have a bucket for a count of zero also but I am not having success with the configuration. Is this even possible? If so, I am looking for some guidance on how to configure the bucket properly.
I know there are other ways I can present the reassignment count of zero but it would be nice to include that in the overall presentation of the breakdown.
