Create line report showing Unassigned tickets weekly

Looking to create a line report showing a weekly trend of unassigned tickets -  and eventually one showing current actively being worked on ticket - something similar to below

You can create a monthly trend report all the tickets. And then use the option Multiple dataset to add another line report where the tickets are not assigned. It should give you the report you want.

If you would like to create a trend report, performance analytics is the way to go, as this will take daily snapshot of data.
