Citrix Publisher Pack

The last few content service updates have updated the publisher Citrix to Cloud Software Group, Inc.. However, the charts in the Software Publisher Analytics dashboard for Citrix are still looking for the publisher Citrix.

 

Does anyone know if we can manually edit these charts to look for the updated publisher or when ServiceNow will update these charts to reflect the change?

The dashboard is updated whenever a new reconciliation result is available. Did you try executing/running a net new Reconciliation for Citrix and check if your dashboard was updated or not.

Unfortunately, reconciling Citrix did not resolve the issue. I also reconciled Cloud Software Group, Inc., but this had no effect.

To be more specific, the Products Out of Compliance chart on the Software Publisher Analytics dashboard now shows 0 products out of compliance. This is not because there are no Citrix products out of compliance but because the chart is looking for the publisher Citrix, which has been changed to Cloud Software Group, Inc.

 

The chart dropped to 0 at the same time that the content service changed the publisher name.
