Now that Facilities management is discontinued, what is the replacement? The IT Service Catalogue?

I think there are a few options:

1) Submit an idea via the idea portal that there needs to be a replacement for the facilities management application

2) Build requests into the service catalog (does not need to be the IT catalog) as in interim step

3) Look at partner apps on the store for facilities management.  One of these may fit your use case
