Images not visible on Survey page for end user

Hi,

My instance is on Jakarta Patch 2

I have created survey with emoji as response. But when end user without any role try to take survey using the link

Self Service > My Assessment & survey

The emojis are not available on the survey page. below is the screen shot for the same

But, if i add itil role to same user and then try to take survey, it shows correctly.

Please help/guide me to resolve this issue.

Use Debug Security from the left nav to find out the ACL restricting the access.

Hi,

Did anyone figure a solution for this issue yet? Been 6 years and facing the same issue even today. Was there any resolution provided by anyone on this please?
