Hi,
I am enabling password reset application in London version and have below questions on enrollment.
We would like to use google authentiator for two factor authentication. It works perfectly fine if user go to servicenow and enroll himself to Google Authentication method and pair his/her device in servicenow. Challenge is in case of new user who never logged in to servicenow. Here is the process:
1. User is created in one of the third party application and pushed to Servicenow and using orchestration user will be created in AD. (Its different business case for actual customers, not corporate users)
2. User receive the password reset public URL over email once their profile is created in Servicenow.
3. Here, they see two option for verification Google Authentication and Email verification. But both option needs enrollment but user dont have any enrollment configured so system fails to verify the users.
4. We would like enable enrollment in password reset application so new users can enroll them-selves right away and set new password.
[This is for first time login user]
Any thought on above scenario.
Thank You
Kiran Patil
